Delivery
The selected tier's delivery window begins after payment is confirmed: Basic within 24 hours, Standard within 4–8 hours and Premium within 2 hours. Delivery is made to the email address supplied at checkout. Customers should check spam or junk folders and contact support if a report has not arrived within the stated window.
Accuracy and limitations
